About the role
Director of CRM Market Engagement & Activation
Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic CRM partner for ministry markets
- Lead the development of consumer-facing CRM strategies
- Oversee alignment of campaign content and messaging
- Manage campaign strategy and activation support for physician marketing
- Support the evolution of CRM capabilities
- Collaborate with the Ascension Marketing Science team
- Collaborate with teams across lifecycle marketing, CRM operations, Direct Mail, and other internal groups
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 6–8+ years of CRM and digital marketing experience
- Prior experience working with regional or market-based marketing teams
- Proven success in executing physician-focused and preventive health campaigns
- Strong track record in digital campaign performance and measurement
