About the role

Director of CRM Market Engagement & Activation

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic CRM partner for ministry markets
  • Lead the development of consumer-facing CRM strategies
  • Oversee alignment of campaign content and messaging
  • Manage campaign strategy and activation support for physician marketing
  • Support the evolution of CRM capabilities
  • Collaborate with the Ascension Marketing Science team
  • Collaborate with teams across lifecycle marketing, CRM operations, Direct Mail, and other internal groups

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 6–8+ years of CRM and digital marketing experience
  • Prior experience working with regional or market-based marketing teams
  • Proven success in executing physician-focused and preventive health campaigns
  • Strong track record in digital campaign performance and measurement
