Sr. Manager, CDFI Relationship Manager

Community Finance is seeking a strategically oriented and energetic Senior Manager RM with demonstrated experience driving innovation, impact and operational excellence to drive the expansion of Capital One's Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) activities.

• Lead your team in best-in-class management of relationships
• Develop and maintain the company's relationships with existing and prospective CDFIs and industry stakeholders
• Gather market intelligence by forging deep relationships
• Understand how Capital One shows up in our local communities and how we can help move the needle on socioeconomic mobility through investments in CDFIs

• Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
• At least 6 years of experience in client management, business development, or financial services
• At least 3 years of experience with mission-driven lending or investments or community development lending or investments
• At least 3 years of People Leadership experience
