Corrections Specialist 4 (CS4) Reentry - CBI Fidelity Unit Western Washington

• Supervises CBI Fidelity Unit staff (Corrections Specialist 3s) to ensure Unit standards and expectations are being met
• Direct supervision of multiple CBI Fidelity Unit staff (CS 3s) to include meeting supervisory expectations outlined by the Department and Division
• Ensure active engagement in building and maintaining a culture of learning within the Unit
• Develops and/or implements systems of quality assurance (QA) and quality improvement (QI) for identified CBIs in the DOC continuum of care
• Provides expert in person as well as distance consultation and technical assistance for identified CBI program delivery to ensure intervention standards and expectations are being met

• A Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, psychology, sociology, counseling, or closely allied field from an accredited college/university whose accreditation is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA)
• Four (4) or more years of professional experience in adult or juvenile corrections or closely related field
• At least one (1) year of management and/or administrative capacity
• At least one (1) year in a 'lead' role or supervisory position
• Three (3) or more years professional case management, to include a minimum of one year facilitating Cognitive Behavior Intervention(s) in group and/or one-on-one setting(s)
