Director Monitoring and Auditing

The Director is responsible for completion of corporate compliance, corporate responsibility and privacy audits in addition to financial and operational audits, and performs other routine duties and special audits and investigations.

• Demonstrate through behavior AdventHealths core values of Integrity, Care, Balance, Excellence, Stewardship, and Teamwork as outlined in the organizations Performance Excellence Program booklet.
• Assist with implementation and day-to-day operations of the Corporate Responsibility Program across the Hospital System while ensuring compliance with governmental requirements.
• Audit/investigate corporate responsibility problems, questions, or complaints received internally or from outside customers/agencies.

• Bachelor degree in accounting, business, health care administration or related field
• Minimum 10 years work experience which includes performing audits in health care field
• Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
• Demonstrate strong technical and professional accounting skills
• Demonstrate ability and expertise to evaluate financial and other operational systems to establish internal control procedures to safeguard the Hospitals assets
