Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the end-to-end implementation process for our AI 3PP program.
- Understand and build appropriate schedules and project milestones that you help manage.
- Create scalable scopes of work to simplify the sell-in and management of 3PAI Proof Of Concept efforts; handle incentive management and billing.
- Partner with Creative AI 3P leads to understand the nuance in capabilities of 3Ps and implications for set up, launch and management; specific focus on nuances between DV360, YouTube Ads, and CM.
- Understand 1P capabilities and how they compare to 3Ps. Develop 3P APIs to ensure understanding of timing, deliverables, and implications for US Customer Activation and our core partners.
- Deliver clear updates on incentive utilization, launches, performance and more.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in digital/technical production, digital ad operations, creative agency operations, production or performance media.
- Experience in developing scaled process and ways of working related to Creative, Partners, or AI.
- Experience with project management involving the delivery of high profile projects with ability to deliver simple and compelling stories that translate client needs to innovative and technical implementation plans.
- Experience uncovering needs of stakeholders/customers/users with quantitative and qualitative analysis and developing solutions for multiple audiences.
- Experience in marketing/creative/production/operations; or familiarity with the creative process working closely with sales and cross-functional teams to influence key stakeholders.
- Experience using data visualization tools and spreadsheets to present and manipulate data for various audiences.
- Experience working in partnership management or creative AI capabilities; strong operational mindset.
