Responsibilities
- Compile and prepare weekly month-to-date crude oil volume reports for pipeline systems.
- Ensure the accuracy of reports submitted to management.
- Ensure the compilation, reconciliation, and organization of all support files.
- Maintain a thorough awareness and understanding of physical changes made to each pipeline system and modify reports to match.
- Provide support for Pipeline Scheduling and Pipeline Commercial Operations as needed.
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc analysis projects as they occur.
- Engage in frequent communications with field operating personnel, pipeline commercial, internal management, and customers.
Requirements
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of pipeline operations
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Word and Excel and PC applications
