Software Engineer I (MERN / AWS / AI)

• Perform analysis, design, development, and configuration functions
• Participate with team to perform analysis, assessment and resolution for defects and incidents
• Work within guidelines set by team to independently tackle well-scoped problems
• Seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and capabilities
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

• Three years of programming/development experience with MERN, AWS, Python
• Experience with LLMs or AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) is a plus
• Delivery – Intermediate delivery skills including the ability to deliver work at a steady, predictable pace
• Domain Expertise – Demonstrated track record of domain expertise
• Problem Solving – Proven problem solving skills including debugging skills
• Communication – Strong communication skills
• Leadership – Intermediate leadership skills
