About the role
Labor and Delivery (L&D) - Washington, DC - $1500 - $1999/wk | FlexCare
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Labor and Delivery environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Assess and manage patients with high-risk pregnancies
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the District of Columbia
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- NRP certification
- AWHONN - Intermediate certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
