LTC Staff Pharmacist

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
• Conduct a clinical review of medication orders
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Provide medication counseling to patients and caregivers
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

• Active pharmacist license in Minnesota
• Previous experience in long-term care pharmacy preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of pharmacy operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
