Responsibilities

  • Delivering speech and language evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring for students in grades K-4
  • Managing therapy schedules aligned with Individualized Education Program (IEP) requirements
  • Collaborating with educational staff and families to support student communication goals
  • Completing documentation and reporting in compliance with school and state guidelines

Requirements

  • Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology and eligibility to practice in an educational setting
  • Experience providing speech and language services within K-4 grade levels, ideally in a school environment
  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively and adapt therapy based on student needs
  • Strong communication skills with students, families, and school personnel
