Responsibilities
- Delivering speech and language evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring for students in grades K-4
- Managing therapy schedules aligned with Individualized Education Program (IEP) requirements
- Collaborating with educational staff and families to support student communication goals
- Completing documentation and reporting in compliance with school and state guidelines
Requirements
- Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology and eligibility to practice in an educational setting
- Experience providing speech and language services within K-4 grade levels, ideally in a school environment
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and adapt therapy based on student needs
- Strong communication skills with students, families, and school personnel
