Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate total patient care
- Coordinate patient and family teaching
- Direct Licensed Practical Nurses and Home Health Aides
- Coordinate patient care activities

Requirements
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Drivers License credentialed from the Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles (IL-DMV)
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing
