General Education Teacher Needed in Delaware in Wilmington, DE - Soliant

• Work directly with the student during the school day
• Deliver focused instruction in reading and math using proven intervention strategies
• Monitor progress and adjust lessons to meet the student’s needs
• Coordinate with school staff to ensure support is aligned with academic goals
• Keep documentation of sessions and student improvement

• A certified Delaware teacher (required)
• Someone with Wilson training or proven completion of an Orton-Gillingham-based reading intervention program
• A patient, organized educator who understands how to motivate and engage struggling learners
• Prior experience with academic interventions is highly preferred
