• Research, design, implement, and evaluate algorithms and models to advance personalized query understanding, user intent resolution, retrieval, and ranking
• Apply state-of-the-art NLP, CV, deep learning, and GenAI/LLM techniques to return grounded, contextually relevant responses
• Analyze loss patterns in current search and assistant stacks, and develop insights, algorithms, and techniques to close quality gaps and improve key product metrics
• Define and drive long-term technical vision, proposing clear roadmaps and setting measurable objectives for the team

• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning, NLP/CV, and applying these techniques at scale
• Proficiency in software engineering with mainstream programming languages such as Python, Go, or C/C++
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor in Computer Science with relevant industry experience
