About the role

We are looking for a Member of Technical Staff to join our Collector division. You will be partnering with senior business and product leadership to do great things. Ultimately your work will focus on improving corporate performance, product performance and clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Produce accurate, unambiguous technical design specifications
- Deliver customer value in the form of high-quality software components and services
- Proactively identify and propose new, alternative technology
- Act as the subject matter expert for the area of assignment
- Advise and train members of the team to maximize overall productivity and effectiveness of the team
- Work collaboratively across the Technology and Product organizations to ensure alignment towards business goals
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in an engineering role
- Experience in an Agile environment preferred
- Knowledge of modern programming languages such as Perl, Java and JavaScript/JQuery
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux, Big Data, SQL, NoSQL, and various other technologies
- Experience with object-oriented programming, relational database technologies, distributed computing tech (Hadoop, spark), RESTful API, WebUI (HTML 5) and Modern JS frameworks
