School Occupational Therapist

A skilled Occupational Therapist is needed to provide comprehensive therapy services in a K-12 school setting. This contract position offers the opportunity to work within educational environments, supporting students’ developmental and functional needs.

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students’ occupational therapy needs within the school environment
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans addressing students’ physical, sensory, and cognitive challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
• Provide direct occupational therapy services, both individually and in groups, adapting techniques to promote student engagement and participation
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with educational and healthcare standards

• Valid Occupational Therapy license with eligibility to practice in Colorado
• Experience delivering occupational therapy services within K-12 school settings
• Knowledge of home health and healthcare therapy practices preferred
