About the role

gTech Ads is a team of thought leaders, addressing the client’s business tests, and program managers, designing plans and gathering resources to help accomplish the motivation for quality end-to-end experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the relationship with Ads clients by aligning their business goals with Google’s services and ensuring end-to-end delivery.
  • Act as the client’s trusted advisor at the executive level, understanding annual and quarterly priorities.
  • Architect Joint Technical Plans that connect across all gTech Ads offerings.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional execution, ensuring alignment between Business, Customer Support, and Media Solutions.
  • Provide updates and debriefs to clients and Business leadership, taking accountability for business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a technical business, business engineering, or consulting.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role with translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently as this role involves working with Japan based businesses and clients.
