Paraprofessional

An opportunity is available for a Paraprofessional to support instructional and classroom activities within an elementary school setting.

• Assist teachers in delivering educational programs tailored to the needs of elementary students.
• Support classroom management and help maintain a productive and supportive learning atmosphere.
• Work individually or in small groups to provide targeted assistance to students, including those with special needs.
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the teaching staff.
• Facilitate the implementation of lesson plans and educational activities.

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with students and staff.
• Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working with young learners.
• Familiarity with elementary education curriculum and accommodations for diverse learning needs.
• Capability to collaborate with educators to enhance student engagement and achievement.
