Head of Agency Operations

The Head of Agency Operations will lead the transformation and enhancement of agency support functions, focusing on digital adoption, operational efficiency, campaign readiness, and event management.

• Lead and optimize all agency support functions: campaign operations, digital tools, CSUS, incentives processing, and events.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Training, IT, and Finance to deliver seamless execution of support services.
• Drive adoption and utilization of new tools, dashboards, and systems in branches.
• Set clear KPIs for agency support and monitor execution performance.
• Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks; champion process simplification and standardization across regions.
• Co-develop and roll out the Agency Ops Playbook 2026.

• Agency Business Experience: 8–10 years across agency functions (e.g., compensation, ops, digital, campaign)
• Cross-functional Leadership: Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder projects
• Change Management Capability: Hands-on experience launching new platforms, processes, or tools
• Quality & Process Mindset: Ability to drive simplification and enforce operational standards.
