About the role
The Associate General Counsel will support projects that are time-sensitive, highly visible inside and outside of the company, and key to AIG’s strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Managing legal aspects of large U.S. and Global Service Warranty and Insurance programs
- Drafting and negotiating client and vendor contracts
- Preparing, reviewing and commenting on documents
Requirements
- Juris Doctor
- U.S. state bar admission (IN preferable)
- 7+ years of legal experience with a law firm and/or in-house counsel
