• Own the vision, roadmap, and execution of AI knowledge experiences—ensuring content is accurate, secure, complete, and actionable for both customers and support engineers.
• Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across the company from the engineering groups, businesses, and the support organization.
• Leverage strong cross-group collaboration skills and influence priorities using data-driven approaches.

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience shipping global products and platforms.
• Customer obsessed and deeply passionate about creating great end-user experiences
• Experience working in or with global support businesses is a plus
• Experience designing and working with support and/or CRM systems is a plus
