A full-time occupational therapist position is available for a full school year contract at a high school located in Tracy, CA. This role requires a skilled professional to support students in a school setting and provide therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.

• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services within the high school environment
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on student assessments
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student progress
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide consultation and training to school staff to enhance student participation in educational activities

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based therapy
• Strong skills in evaluating and treating students with diverse needs in educational settings
• Familiarity with healthcare and home health services as they relate to student care
