Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Sonoma, California

A K-12 school in Sonoma, CA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a contract position available immediately through the end of the school year. This role offers 28.5 to 30 hours per week, supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade, with caseload assignments tailored according to individual experience and strengths.

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of board-certified behavior analysts
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavior
• Collaborate with educational teams to provide consistent support
• Use evidence-based strategies to improve social, communication, and learning skills

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with K-12 populations preferred
• Strong understanding of behavior intervention techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
