• Provide supervision to assigned staff and provide work schedule assignments
• Train assigned staff in therapeutic interventions
• Model interventions and provide coaching, training and support
• Identify barriers to interventions
• Ensure effective communication within the BMT
• Ensure staff completes all required documentation
• Provide micro-training to referring ward treatment teams
• Collect data regarding patient responses
• Complete assigned trainings

• Bachelor's degree involving major study in occupational therapy, physical therapy, hospital recreation, manual arts, vocational counseling, or psychiatric social work
• Five years of professional experience in a therapy program, including two years in administration and direction of professional staff
• Nine years of professional experience in a therapy program, including two years in administration and direction of professional staff
