Behavioral Specialist in School Setting

This opportunity is designed for experienced Behavior Specialists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support students with severe behavioral needs in an elementary school setting.

• Deliver behavior analytic services and interventions aligned with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Support students exhibiting severe behavioral challenges with consistency and compassion
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to monitor progress and adjust behavioral strategies

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
• Prior experience working in school settings, preferably with K-8 populations
• Strong understanding of behavioral principles and data collection methods
