A specialized opportunity is available for an experienced CVOR Tech to support surgical teams in a dynamic operating room environment. This contract role requires precision, technical proficiency, and a strong background in cardiovascular operating room procedures. The position is based in Macon, GA, offering exposure to advanced surgical settings and collaborative healthcare teams.

• Prepare and maintain the cardiovascular operating room, ensuring all required instruments and equipment are sterile and functional
• Assist surgeons and nursing staff during cardiovascular procedures by anticipating needs and handling instruments
• Monitor and manage surgical tools and supplies, ensuring adherence to safety and infection control standards
• Collaborate with the surgical team to maintain patient safety and operational efficiency
• Document and communicate any procedural changes or equipment issues promptly

• Proven experience as a CVOR Tech or in a similar cardiovascular surgical technology role
• Comprehensive knowledge of cardiovascular operating room protocols and equipment
• Ability to assist surgeons and nursing staff efficiently during procedures
• Strong understanding of sterile techniques and patient safety standards
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
