Principal Technical Program Manager

Azure Core is at the forefront of innovation for Microsoft’s Cloud and Artificial Intelligence (AI) mission. We are responsible for designing and building the foundational primitives, platforms, hardware and services that power the current and next generation of applications including Generative AI.

• Oversee the development and management of product work for orchestration, dependency graph optimizations and developer tooling.
• Drive cross-divisional teams to define success criteria and provide strategic knowledge to help them understand return on investment; you’ll also oversee team collaboration and ensure alignment on program management and release.
• Innovate product and program management practices across Azure services and champion the adoption of generative AI tools to streamline planning, feedback-loop synthesis, and engineering system efficiency, setting a new standard for scalable, data-informed decision-making across the platform.

• Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
• OR equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• 6+ years working on developer platforms, orchestration platforms and building large-scale distributed systems
