About the role

This position plays a vital role in supporting the success of the Region. As the Regional Operations Manager, you’ll oversee facility management and business operations, serve as a key advisor to the Regional Director, and provide multidisciplinary expertise across regional functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of regional administrative facilities
  • Oversee the overall management and operations of the regional headquarters facility
  • Serve as the project manager for regional facility short- and long-term project objectives
  • Represent the region at the enterprise level with delegated authority
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, and contract management for regional facility maintenance
  • Manage financial controls, including cash handling and petty cash reconciliation
  • Establish facility security measures and respond to incidents
  • Provide guidance, influence, and direction related to standard operating procedures and policies
  • Supervise and provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to a team of regional customer service specialists
  • Represent the region in matters related to the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP)

Requirements

  • One (1) year of professional experience as an Administrative Assistant 4
  • Four (4) years of professional experience in public administration, business operations or equivalent
  • A Bachelor’s degree involving major study in public administration, business operations or closely allied field
  • Two (2) years of professional experience in public administration, business operations or equivalent
