Responsibilities
- Design and run the operating cadence that turns Frontier Finance priorities into predictable delivery and measurable outcomes
- Build and maintain a KPI framework and dashboard to track program health, adoption, and tool reliability
- Improve reliability and efficiency of tools and applications by defining Service Level Objectives and Service Level Agreements (SLOs/SLAs)
- Lead operational readiness for executive and customer engagements by standardizing pre briefs, run of show, and materials to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
- Partner cross functionally to streamline processes, document decisions and tradeoffs, and manage risks to unblock progress quickly
- Publish concise program updates across Finance channels—highlighting status, risks, and wins—to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in program/operations management, process management, or process improvement
- OR equivalent experience
- Technical fluency with Microsoft platforms used in enterprise learning and Finance scenarios, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint content architecture, Teams delivery, Power BI or Microsoft Fabric for learning analytics and outcome dashboards, Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps) to streamline learning workflows and capture telemetry
- Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and/or Azure AI Foundry
