• Deliver individualized tutoring in reading and math to support student learning goals
• Implement evidence-based intervention strategies tailored to the student’s academic needs
• Track and report student progress toward mastery of specific skills
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to align instruction with academic plans
• Provide a consistent, supportive, and engaging learning environment

• Valid Delaware Teaching License (Required)
• Wilson Certification or documented training in an Orton-Gillingham-based reading intervention program (Required)
• Experience with structured literacy and math intervention programs
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt instruction to individual learning styles
• Previous tutoring or one-on-one teaching experience is strongly preferred
