About the role
A 656-bed hospital in Tulsa, OK, including specialty centers such as a burn center, women’s health center, cancer treatment technology, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute, is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist I / Cardiology Pharmacy Specialist for their day-shift team.
Responsibilities
- Dispense medications and participate in IV admixture programs
- Provide drug information to healthcare providers
- Supervise pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff
- Collaborate with the Director of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Operations Manager to support pharmacy operations
Requirements
- B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
- Active Oklahoma Pharmacist License in good standing
- BLS certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
- ACLS certification required for attending Code Blue
- Minimum 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience preferred
