Modem System Test Engineer - Manager

Lead and scale a global team responsible for IOT testing across 4G, 5G, VoLTE, VoNR and other emerging wireless technologies. Drive testing strategy, execution, and collaboration with world-class engineers and partners to deliver reliable performance across LTE, 5G and other emerging technologies.

• Lead and scale a global team responsible for IOT testing across 4G, 5G, VoLTE, VoNR and other emerging wireless technologies
• Drive testing strategy, execution, and collaboration with world-class engineers and partners to deliver reliable performance across LTE, 5G and other emerging technologies
• Establish detailed test plans, coverage matrices and success criteria aligned with 3GPP standards, Apple requirements and carrier expectations
• Act as a key decision-maker during issue triage, prioritization and escalations
• Coach and mentor technical leads and managers

• MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience in wireless communications with at least 4+ years in a leadership role managing modem or carrier testing teams
• Deep expertise in 3GPP protocols (LTE, NR, IMS), cellular call flows and log analysis tools
• Proven ability to work with mobile infra vendors and operators and navigate multi-vendor environments
• Strong project management skills with experience delivering against tight schedules and dynamic requirements
• Experience with data-driven decision-making, test automation frameworks and quality metrics
