• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience
• 1+ years of experience leading engineering teams, or relevant experience that demonstrates readiness to step up into a people management role
• Proven experience with full stack development
• Experience with data engineering technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Kusto, Flink or Azure Data Factory
• Experience working with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes/AKS
