Assistance with and coordination of testing and rollouts of new underwriting systems products and enhancements Manage and perform User Acceptance Testing, create test case scenarios, document test case results/defects with details Manage production bugs and escalation to IT and management teams Work with ticket tracking system Analyze and resolve data quality issues Support relationship between the underwriters, agents and IT developers Assist with document requirements that will be presented to IT for development Support help desk emails for internal and external users by triaging underwriting system issues for an online insurance Portal Ad hoc reporting as requested including data validation
