Senior Director, BA - Data Transformation

• Lead and develop a team of around 25 business and data analysts
• Define and measure what success looks like for our data transformation
• Identify trends in data management and data use across the company
• Engage with and influence senior leaders across the company
• Partner with our product domain teams to provide reporting and analytics

• Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field
• At least 2 years of experience in quantitative analysis
• At least 2 years of experience in qualitative analysis
• At least 2 years of experience in people management
