About the role

This role is responsible for consulting with leaders and teams to provide customized and practical change management solutions to enable adoption of organization, process, and technology changes across the Generics/OTC-CPG ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Consulting with leaders and teams to provide customized and practical change management solutions
  • Providing strategic planning and execution for change management, organization design, and organization effectiveness solutions
  • Leading change management activities for Generics Strategic Initiatives & OTC-CPG
  • Aligning organizational structure and culture to support Pricing Transformation and OTC-CPG strategies
  • Establishing communication networks and stakeholder engagement specific to Pricing Transformation & OTC-CPG
