Director of Safety & High Reliability

The Director of Safety & High Reliability is the primary integrator of safety performance information for campus leaders and is the primary advisor to campus leaders regarding performance improvement activities and provides continuous feedback on their impact.

• Develops and refines campus safety strategy to enhance overall safety and quality.
• Collaborates with Clinical Risk Management and Performance Improvement staff to identify high-risk areas and develop prevention practices.

• Bachelors degree required
• Masters degree preferred
• 5 years of work experience required
• 3 years of leadership experience required
• Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CCPS) Required
