Responsibilities
- Align work with product and company priorities to optimize performance at the Boulder level.
- Connect strategic goals to product internal & external roadmaps, clearly articulating value at both the feature and portfolio levels.
- Partner with Product Management leaders to drive portfolio and product strategy
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews with subdivision leadership to assess progress and surface risks.
- Establish effective relationships with key stakeholders across athena to streamline the process of gathering ideas/inputs that improve product decisions
- Demonstrate a self-starting mindset by independently driving initiatives that improve outcomes and efficiency.
- Identify and improve SDLC processes to drive better outcomes with less effort.
- Actively contribute to the Product Management Guild by sharing best practices, fostering cross-functional alignment, and supporting community growth.
- Define and implement team strategy in collaboration with the Executive Director and peer Senior Managers.
- Develop and coach direct reports, focusing on performance, growth, succession planning, and developing a bench for product management jobs
- Lead team participation in R&D operating cadences and zone leader forums.
- Drive consistent execution of Product Operations services across the product lifecycle, from planning through post-GA.
- Partner with U.S.-based leadership to optimize services and promote best practices across R&D.
- Ensure team alignment with subdivision goals and forecast capacity 1–2 releases ahead, with predictive planning for 3–4 releases.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture that delivers measurable value to R&D stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related field, Business, or computer science preferred
- Understanding of healthcare/health IT environment preferred
- 2 - 5 years or product management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with AI technologies and investments
- 10+ years working with stakeholders in a business environment, working across cross-functional groups
- Understanding of product management best practices, including agile development environments
- Demonstrated success at driving innovation in a dynamic environment using analytic and quantitative capabilities
- Proven people leader with a track record of driving outcomes through others and develop benches of talent
- Skilled in building, scaling, and developing high-performing functions
- Communicates strategic direction clearly and aligns teams to long-term goals at a senior leadership level
