Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist

The Cardiovascular Interventional Laboratory Specialist (CILS) I perform a wide range of technical skills, which are utilized during a variety of Cardiovascular, Non-ablation Electrophysiology or Interventional Radiology procedures

• Perform a wide range of technical skills during Cardiovascular, Non-ablation Electrophysiology or Interventional Radiology procedures
• Proficient in two out of the three standard roles of scrub, circulate and monitor
• Follows CDC isolation guidelines, appropriately uses PPE, and performs hand hygiene according to accepted standards of care

• Diploma or Certificate: Cardiovascular Technology, Nursing, Radiology, Paramedic, or Respiratory Therapy
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Must be certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
