Assistant Vice President of Real Estate Transaction Management & Business Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION Details Department: Real Estate Location: Remote with 25% travel Salary: $167,852.00 - $226,600.00 Eligible for participation in the annual bonus program This role provides strategic and operational leadership across the real estate transaction lifecycle and business operations supporting a large, national non-acute portfolio.

• Provide leadership for real estate operations and transaction execution
• Support the development and execution of real estate strategy
• Lead real estate transactions across the owned and leased portfolio
• Oversee real estate project management activities
• Serve as a real estate lead for system-wide initiatives
• Coordinate with the property management team
• Translate strategic priorities into operational plans
• Manage data quality, dashboards, and analytics
• Lead the development of Standard Operating Procedures
• Establishes and monitors Key Performance Indicators

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: CERT COMMERCL INVST MBR
• Cert Property Manager preferred
• Education: Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
• Additional Preferences: 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate or healthcare real estate
• Experience leading real estate teams and managing broker/vendor relationships
• Understanding of lease terms, rent structures, TI negotiation, and real estate financial drivers
