Manager Employee Relations & Investigations

The Manager, Employee Relations & Investigations will thoroughly and expeditiously investigate Team Member concerns in a fair, unbiased, and consistent manner.

• Conduct in-depth interviews and investigations
• Develop and implement standardized processes
• Analyze aggregate casework data
• Train, coach, and counsel Team Members

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of increasingly responsible Human Resources generalist experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling complicated employee investigations
