Imaging Manager

Maintains established productivity standards and supply expense metrics. Accountable for monthly departmental variances, budget, FTE, and expense variance reports/associated action plans. Plans and implements overall imaging policies, procedures, and services for aligned departments. Assesses patient care quality and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments. Manages staff relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Oversees scheduling, recruitment, hiring, firing, payroll, and student engagement

• Bachelor's degree in a related field OR Associates degree AND Two years of technical experience AND Must be working towards obtaining Bachelor's degree in accordance with facility policy
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist
• BLS through American Heart Association
• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
• Amer Reg Diag Med Sonography
• Certified Radiologic Tech
