As a Retail Sales Specialist in our home theater department, you’ll engage with customers to learn their needs, provide excellent service, perform product demos and make helpful recommendations

• Engage with customers to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals
• Stay informed about the latest home theater technology trends and products through continuous learning and professional development
• Handle customer inquiries and returns professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience

• 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service or related fields
• Preferred qualifications: 1 year of experience selling in premium products, luxury brands and/or custom design environments
• 1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM)
