Sr. Manager, Sr. Counsel (Flexpert Program)

Capital One Legal is seeking motivated attorneys for full-time positions in our next class of our award-winning Legal Flexpert Program. This program is designed to provide highly talented attorneys who are new to in-house and/or financial services with a wide array of experiences within various groups within the Capital One Legal Department.

• Provide attorney support to various groups across the Legal Department
• Potential to perform a wide variety of attorney tasks
• Perform rotations ranging from 4-6 months in duration
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to achieve desired outcome
• Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders
• Ensure project deliverables and timelines are met

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing of at least one state bar
• At least 6 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm, at a government agency, as a military judge advocate or as in-house counsel
