Responsibilities
- Define and drive MDEP Roadmap, SW Experiences, and new feature innovations.
- Communicate MDEP vision and plans to Microsoft leadership, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead competitive and market assessment of new product features.
- Translate MDEP OEM/ODM partner insights into platform requirements.
- Drive MDEP growth in new product categories together with Microsoft Business Development.
- Lead, manage, and coach a team of product & program managers.
- Help team to define and improve existing development & operational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Operating Systems, Collaboration Software, or IoT products/services.
- 3+ years of experience in people management experience, including coaching and team development.
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
