ABA Therapist

An ABA Therapist is needed to provide onsite compensatory services at a K-12 school location in Southborough, MA. This contract position begins as soon as possible and continues until all services are completed.

• Deliver focused ABA therapy sessions designed as compensatory services for a former student based on an established intervention plan.
• Collaborate with the educational team to ensure continuity and adherence to service requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory and contractual standards.
• Support communication between the family and school regarding the student's needs and service implementation.
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student goals effectively within limited contact time.

• Certification or demonstrated expertise in ABA therapy.
• Experience working within school-based settings serving K-12 students.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping.
• Ability to navigate complex situations involving students who are no longer enrolled but require service delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal communication to coordinate appropriately with educators, families, and administrative staff.
