About the role
Join Us as a Planning Analyst. As a Planning Analyst within the Tech Strategy & Business Operations team, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and strategic insight across our technology portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Forecasting: Track and manage financial forecasts and actuals across all portfolios of work, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Data Analysis: Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, variances, and key insights that inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Produce clear, concise reports and present findings to senior stakeholders, including Directors and Heads of Department.
- Timesheet Compliance: Support timesheet tracking and compliance across teams to maintain accurate capacity and demand planning.
- Project Support: Contribute to various capacity and demand initiatives as required, supporting broader strategic planning efforts.
Requirements
- Proven analytical experience in planning, forecasting, or business operations within a technology or consulting environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar tools with the ability to tell a story with the data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams and build productive working relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- ‘Can do’ attitude: Lead by example and be prepared to go the extra mile when needed.
- Highly organised: Have the drive to bring order and structure to the planning environment you’ll be working in.
