Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of growth marketing initiatives
- Develop and implement growth strategies
- Partner with regional teams to align strategies
- Use A/B testing, experimentation, and performance optimization techniques
- Define KPIs and develop real-time dashboards
- Integrate Microsoft’s AI technologies
- Foster collaboration with internal teams
- Influence key stakeholders through storytelling and data-driven insights
- Champion AI-driven innovation
- Create scalable playbooks and resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 5+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience OR equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience leading global digital transformation or eCommerce enablement efforts
- 7+ years experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, with a focus on partner/channel marketing and transformation strategies
