Community Health Pharmacy Manager

A mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in North Central Indiana is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager for a full-time, direct hire position.

• Provide leadership and direction for pharmacy staff and daily operations
• Oversee prescription verification and clinical collaboration with providers
• Manage medication ordering, inventory controls, and controlled substances
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and 340B program requirements
• Support retail pharmacy operations and telepharmacy services
• Address patient concerns and maintain high service standards
• Partner with leadership on operational planning and pharmacy growth

• PharmD from an ACPE-accredited program
• Active Indiana Pharmacist license
• Certified immunizer
• Prior pharmacy management experience strongly preferred
• Experience in FQHC or 340B settings is a plus
