About the role
Our Battery Technology EPM, you'll lead a multi-functional team of battery, chemical, system, and manufacturing engineers, applying a strong technical background to identify, assess and communicate project risks and issues
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, manage, track and report progress to plan and drive solutions to address any/all identified gaps
- Identify and prioritize project tasks and risks, drive engineering discussions and decisions on critical system parameters
- Drive day-to-day activities, including build management, to meet overall project objectives
- Identify and engage cross-functional stakeholders for project definition decisions
- Communicate status and big picture to the project team and executive management
Requirements
- BS in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3 years of industry experience in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
