Facilities Operations Coordinator

The Facilities Operations Coordinator supports, assists, and coordinates the needs of the Facilities department, managing space planning, move relocations, new builds, center close outs, and vendor coordination. Responsibilities include assisting with reconfigurations, providing administrative support, coding vendor invoices, and ensuring smooth transitions. Minimum qualifications require a High School diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of facilities operations experience preferred.

• Supports, assists, and coordinates the needs of the Facilities department.
• Manages space planning, assists with space management, move relocations, new builds, center close outs, and vendor coordination of space changes.
• Assists facilities manager with coordinating reconfigurations.
• Provides administration support, coding, and submittal of all vendor invoices for payment processing.
• Manages the planning and execution of employee space relocations and transition activities.
• Develops detailed move plans and scenarios, coordinating with leadership.
• Coordinates with vendors, IT, and other departments for smooth transitions, including furniture reconfiguration, signage, and key distribution.
• Communicates with employees regarding move schedules, expectations, and preparations.
• Evaluates office space utilization and recommends improvements, including construction and renovation projects.

• High School Grad or equivalent (minimum qualification).
• Bachelor's degree (preferred qualification).
• 2 years in facilities operations experience (preferred qualification).
• Professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable demeanor.
• Full administrative skills and ability to coordinate projects.
